Josh Kotlowitz

Chief Technical Officer

Josh is an engineer and rocket scientist with an obsession for improving the world through technology and innovation. Josh began his career by graduating top of his class at both UCT and the University College London, where he received his MSc in Space Science and Engineering with distinction. After spending several years leading the development of multiple software platforms, Josh leverages his comprehensive technical and software background to lead Future Forex’s Product Development and Engineering teams, comprising 8 talented individuals. Josh’s core focus is automation and the constant streamlining of our clients’ experience.

Max Reich

Chief Operating Officer

Following the successful completion of his BSc degree in Genetics and Physiology, Max travelled extensively and, pursuing his affinity for people, worked in numerous managerial roles abroad.

Now firmly rooted in South Africa, he leverages his extensive experience to lead the operations of Future Forex, while managing over 40 of our team members. Max provides an empathetic, clear, transparent, and welcoming aura to ensure our client experience is excellent.

Justin Coles

Chief Financial Officer

Justin is a qualified CA(SA) and upon completing his articles, gained experience as a Senior Analyst at a local consulting firm providing outsourced M&A deal support to the UK investment community. Justin’s thorough understanding of financial processes and controls coupled with several years’ experience in M&A support have ably equipped him for his role as Head of Finance. His wide-ranging managerial experience and passion for mentorship are evident in the competent leadership he provides for the team.

Sharon Götte

HEAD OF CLIENT MANAGEMENT

After completing her Master’s degree in Agricultural Management, Sharon worked for Standard Bank for several years before starting her own successful business. As Head of Client Management at Future Forex, she enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people and thrives on creating optimal client experiences using automation and a client centric mindset. Sharon is an exceptional leader at Future Forex, guiding over 20 Relationship Managers and Account Managers to follow in her footsteps.

Shannon Wonfor

Head Dealer

On completing her Bachelor of Science (Genetics and Biochemistry) and Bachelor of Medical Science Honours (Infectious diseases and Immunology) at UCT, Shannon honed her skills as a data analyst, refining her analytical prowess. Shannon heads up the trading operations of the business, leading three traders within her team. She passionately focuses on obtaining the best possible returns for clients and consistently strives for excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of trading.

Parveen Sonday

Key Individual

Parveen’s twenty-five-year career has expanded in the asset consulting and retirement fund industry, having provided advisory services to institutional investors. Admitted as a Member of the Institute of Financial Markets (MIFM) and holding an MBA in Finance, Parveen has also successfully attained all her FAIS Regulatory qualifications and is a Business Coach. With a passion for “complete” human healthiness, as Head of Compliance, Parveen believes that people are the drivers for any business success.

Priyesh Singh

Head of Business Development

After obtaining his chemical engineering degree, Priyesh seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic realm of sales, amassing 18 years of expertise which included a 13-year leadership stint at Standard Bank. Priyesh is recognised as a results-driven professional, consistently surpassing expectations. His adept communication skills and collaborative approach have cultivated robust relationships with both colleagues and clients.

Now leading a team of over 10 individuals as our Head of Business Development at Future Forex, he is on a mission to leverage his expertise, propelling us to the forefront of the forex industry with an unwavering emphasis on client focus. With a clear vision and a proven track record, Priyesh is poised to lead Future Forex to unprecedented heights.

Tracy Cilliers

Head of Administration

Throughout her remarkable thirty-two-year career, Tracy has cultivated a diverse and multifaceted professional background owing to her experience as a Buying Manager for global airlines. She has a deep appreciation for the significance of forging meaningful connections and grounds herself on being customer centric. With her meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach, Tracy heads up a team of 6 talented Administrative Officers at Future Forex.
