The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Acquisition Specialist to facilitate our recruitment efforts. You will oversee sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, conducting screening calls and culture fit interviews, and collaborating with external recruiters. Recruitment and Sourcing:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates efficiently.
  • Collaborate with external recruiters to ensure alignment with our hiring needs and processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team dynamics.

Candidate Engagement and Screening:


  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Facilitate culture fit interviews to ensure alignment with Future Forex’s values and work environment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Employer Branding and Talent Strategy:


  • Help shape employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring.

What you’ll need


  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring teams.
  • Experience conducting screening calls and culture fit interviews.
  • Experience collaborating with external recruiters to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • A keen eye for matching candidates with company culture and role fit.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
