Our mission is to transform the Forex industry in South Africa through premium support, automation, innovation (ie. Blockchain), and complete transparency. The opportunity

For this Administrative Officer role, we are looking for a people’s person with professional written and oral communication skills. This team member will have outstanding logistical, administrative and computer literacy skills that allow them to quickly learn and leverage our systems.

What you’ll do

  • Pre-fill and send out onboarding forms.
  • Upload any relevant documents to the relevant hosting service.
  • Add client’s details and submit them to the designated third party backends/databases when applicable.
  • Submit applications on behalf of clients and follow-up on these via SARS e-Filling.

What you’ll need

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems with ease.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with a keen ability to manage and organise tasks effectively.
  • Strong mathematical competency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in multitasking, adept at handling multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong time management skills, enabling efficient and organised completion of tasks within designated timelines.
  • Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as adept in email correspondence.
